DREAMING OF A WHITE WINTER

Today marks the first official day of winter and I welcome the season with open arms. There have been dramatic changes in the weather here in Southern California and I am thrilled that I can finally pull out the winter coats from the closet and wrap a scarf around my neck.  It doesn’t snow here at the beach but that doesn’t mean I can’t dream of a white winter…

I’m only half halfheartedly dreaming of a white Christmas after seeing how difficult it is to drive in the white, icy stuff. But since movies have romanticized it’s hard not to wish for it. I like your images of the suggestion of snow!
Merry Christmas to you and the mister.

If I can stay indoors with a fire going and not have to worry about going anywhere then enjoying the snowfall would be a delight. But I totally agree with you 100% that its a bit romanticized. Merry Christmas to you and your Mr. B! xoxo. v.

Vanessa, your images alone have me in the mood for Christmas, even here in Key West Florida where it is 90 degrees and humid. Home tomorrow where a white Christmas awaits me. You should come on up the mountain.
