Milk glass, as compared to other collectibles, can still be found affordably on the internet and at flea markets and antique shops. The pieces are lovely in their simplicity and for their versatility. I wouldn’t call myself a milk glass collector but I have purchased a few pieces over the years. Most recently I bought a few pieces to use in my office. I tend to use my milk glass in creative ways; ways in which they were not originally intended for. For instance, I made a huge bulletin board for my office and I use a pedestaled milk glass bowl (pictured here) to keep on the credenza underneath it. The dish keeps pins within reach for when I want to post an inspiring image.
If you like the look of milkglass, here are a few other creative ways to incorporate it into your own decor. There’s something for almost every style and every mood. Check out the many uses for milk glass.

What a pretty display! My mom had so much milk glass but growing up with it I think I temporarily lost my appreciation for it’s beauty. You’ve inspired me to look for a couple of pieces, especially the footed pieces.

Hi Karen,
If you find anything, I would love to see how you put them to use!
