This Spring I will be redoing my office/studio space. I will be reconfiguring some of the furniture in the room which will leave me with one small blank wall to do something fun with. I had been toying with the idea of doing a small gallery wall of vintage gold mirrors. Since Spring is a long way off, we shall see if this will indeed be the design direction I will be taking. A lot of different design ideas can pop into my head between now and then!

Gallery walls of art are not a new concept in the world of decor and it has been fun browsing through various resources over the years looking for some great inspiration hoping to incorporate a gallery wall in my own home one day. For anyone wanting to create a gallery wall in their own space, particularly using mirrors, this is a very easy project to put together since mirrors are so readily available in every price point to fit any decor.

How clever is this…a starburst mirror over a group of mirrors from IKEA.  Image via Design Indulgence

Another easy and affordable project using miniature mirrors. I recently picked up two miniature gold framed mirrors at an estate sale. One for 50 cents, another for $2.00. Miniature mirrors grouped together create quite a statement as a whole, as seen here. However, they can also be used to fill in gaps of space when using larger mirrors. Image via Pinterest

I am always drawn to a well thought out wall gallery of art or mirrors but the vintage mirror gallery above has me wishing I had a spot in my home for something similar. It will be fun to see what you decide in the spring—which will be here before we know it!

I was myself thinking of decorating my entrance wall with mirror art. A collage of mirrors of various sizes in a shop has caught my attention. Pictures of beautifully decorated walls with mirrors in this blog has given me many more new ideas.
