I wouldn’t expect anything short of stylish from the home of fashion designer Tory Burch. The award-winning designer started her fashion label in 2005 and has grown to an empire with over 200 stores. Her designs have been described as “bohemian luxe” so it’s no surprise that her home would reflect a similar aesthetic. Tory’s 1920’s Georgian style home is featured in the October issue of Architectural Digest with none other than Tory herself gracing the front cover. The home covers 15,000 square feet and was purchased in 2008, a time when the U.S. was amidst a recession and two years after her divorce from investor J. Christopher Burch. The home was also featured in the 2012 issue of Vogue Magazine so I couldn’t help but share a few pictures from the 2012 and current day photo spreads featuring this charming country estate. Be sure to read the Architectural Digest article to get a bit of insight into the history of the home.
